Military Battery Market

The global military battery market size is estimated to grow by $370.1 million from 2024 to 2028, according to Technavio, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of almost 3.69%. The market is experiencing significant growth due to the increasing use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for surveillance and reconnaissance activities. The adoption of Li-ion batteries in military drones is increasing rapidly, driven by their high energy density, low weight, and declining prices. Vendors are investing in R&D to improve battery technology and reduce costs, making Li-ion batteries an attractive option for reserve and motive power applications.
