Echelon Supply and Service, a leader in industrial and hydraulic hose solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew DeKay to President. Formerly serving as Executive Vice President and CFO, Matt brings outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and a dedication to ensuring customers receive reliable solutions exactly when they need them most.
With 13 years of experience at Echelon, Matt has a deep understanding of the company’s operations, financial management, and strategy. During his time as CFO and Executive Vice President, Matt led key initiatives that strengthened Echelon’s foundation for growth. Over the past year, he successfully navigated the company through important changes, including improving profitability, upgrading key systems, and driving transformation across the business.
