GUARDIAN RFID announced Command Cloud, the officer experience platform, is now available for general release.
Command Cloud is a platform of integrated applications and services that supports a modern tech stack, including computer vision, machine learning, RFID, mobile, and native Cloud capabilities powered by AWS. This includes the all-new Mobile Command XR, Mission Command, and Operational Intelligence. VisionOps, which made its debut at GUARDIAN RFID’s VISION 22 event last April, will be released in 2024.

Today, over 60% of correctional officers blame staffing levels, policies, and poor technology as main drivers of their stress.

Command Cloud spans several product categories, from enterprise applications, such as jail management systems and inmate tracking systems to video management systems, guard tour systems, and learning management systems. Command Cloud sees a future that eliminates, consolidates, or integrates with these product categories to create a common operating picture for correctional officers.

“The need to modernize the correctional officer has never been more important,” says Ken Dalley, founder and Chief Warrior, GUARDIAN RFID. “Command Cloud brings together the insights and capabilities that modern correctional officers need to maximize transparency, while protecting themselves, their agency, and the inmates in their charge.”

Command Cloud is a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant platform powered by AWS and runs securely in AWS GovCloud. It is available in five editions:

  • Defender
  • SE
  • Professional
  • Enterprise
  • Juvenile Justice
